2430 type miniature BLDC motor’s winding is made from 100% pure copper, which is meticulously wound in a six-strand setup. This pure copper winding offers high resistance accuracy and reliability, allowing for faster rotation speeds.
Single Fan-shaped Head Brushless DC Electric Motor Wiring Diagram
Red Wire: Motor power positive (+) , choose the DC power supply according to the motor specifications.
Black Wire: Motor power negative (-) Yellow Wire: FG signal output (used for external devices to detect motor speed, outputting 9 square wave pulses for each motor revolution) White Wire: Duty cycle adjustment wire, pulse width adjustment 15-25KHz (if not adjusted, connect directly to the black wire, and the motor will run at full speed).
Orange Wire: Forward and reverse wire (connect to the black wire to reverse polarity), with overcurrent protection of 0.8A. If the instantaneous current exceeds 0.8A, it will automatically protect and lock. To restart, power must be cycled. ⚠️Please note: Positive and negative poles of brushless motor must not be reversed.
