☑️ NFP-BL2430-SR vibration motors with built-in brushless drives that offer plug-and-play simplicity, advanced brushless coil protection board. Features such as braking, speed control, forward and reverse.
High Power and Efficiency Brushless Vibration Motor Wiring Diagram
Red Wire: Connects to positive (+) terminal of motor’s power supply; select a DC power source that meets the motor’s needs. Black Wire: Connects to negative (-) terminal of motor’s power supply. Yellow Wire: Provides an FG signal output, which is used for external devices to monitor the motor’s speed by generating 9 square wave pulses per motor revolution.
White Wire: Adjusts the duty cycle and pulse width at a frequency of 15-25KHz. If not used for adjustment, directly connect it to the black wire to operate the motor at maximum speed. Orange Wire: Controls the motor’s rotation direction (reverse by connecting it to the black wire), and it features overcurrent protection with a threshold of 0.8A.
If the current momentarily surpasses 0.8A, the motor will automatically enter protection mode and lock. To resume operation, the power supply must be turned off and on again. ⚠️Please note: Positive and negative poles of brushless motor must not be reversed.

I purchased this BLDC vibration motor to be attached to a small parts gravity feed chute that sometimes needs a shaking to get the parts moving. It works fine in combination with the multi-voltage speed control purchased also. Does require soldering of wire with a low wattage soldering iron typically use on electronic devises. Tiny but powerful for me!
