For $20 I would have given this engine five stars. The engine arrived quickly. On a 24V power supply he drive strongly(not measured to what level the voltage sags). Also runs well on a 12V power supply. It gets slightly warm under load. The internal fan helps. Overall, I found the engine to be quiet.
