12V 24V DC Gear Motor High Torque Wiring Description
You can follow these clear wiring rules to connect your unit safely:
- Red wire: Connect to positive power supply + (DC 12V-24V). Do not reverse polarity.
- Black wire: Connect to negative power supply – (DC 12V-24V). Do not reverse polarity.
- Yellow wire: FG signal output. The motor outputs 9 pulse signals per rotation to measure speed.
- White wire: Direction control. Unconnected port gives CCW rotation. Connecting to low level (≤0.6V) gives CW rotation.
- Blue wire: Speed control. Input analog voltage (0-5V) to change motor speed directly.
However, please note that white, blue, and yellow wires only accept 3.3V-5V power supply. Never connect them to 12V-24V or the motor will burn out.
