Red Wire: Motor Power Supply Positive Input + (DC 10V-27V)
Black Wire: Motor Power Supply Negative Input –
Yellow Wire: FG Signal Output (Used for detecting motor speed by external devices. The motor has a 4-pole magnet, outputting 12 square wave pulses per rotation).
White Wire: Motor forward and reverse control. Motor rotates counterclockwise (CCW) when the port is unconnected. Motor rotates clockwise (CW) when the port is connected to a low-level signal (≤0.6V).
Blue Wire: Reverse speed regulation via PWM (duty cycle). For full speed, connect to the negative power supply (0V).
Green Wire: Motor runs when the port is left unconnected. It brakes when connected to the negative power supply (0V).

The long lifetime BLDC vibration motors will either be clamped as I did using tie raps or other clamping means. I made a body vibrato, unobtrusive but has good vibration. Even though the description says it requires 12v, I’m using 9v and it works great.
