How does dc motor speed controller work?
DC motor speed controller, also known as a DC motor speed regulator or a DC motor speed control circuit, is a device or circuit used to control the speed of a direct current (DC) motor. It adjusts the voltage applied to the motor in order to vary its speed. Modern DC motor speed controllers often use microcontrollers or specialized integrated circuits to generate the control signals for PWM or chopper circuits.

Note:
- VCC and GND can not be used interchangeably.
- Please switch CW/CCW after the motor is fully stopped to avoid any damage.
- How to start the motor: Red wire to positive, black and white wires to GND. If CCW direction: Connect blue wire to low level power. If CW direction: Connect black, white, and orange wires to low level power.

①Positive output of motor power supply.
② Negative output of motor power supply.
③Forward and reverse control high and low level output, high level 5V, low level OV, controlled by F/R tact switch, the default is high level when power on.
④The high and low level output of brake rotation control, high level is 5V, and low level is oV, which is controlled by the BRA via touch switch, and the default is high level when powered on.
⑤ Analog voltage output, this interface is suitable for motors that accept analog voltage speed regulation.
⑥PWM reverse output, this interface is suitable for motors that accept PWM speed regulation, and the speed is inversely proportional to the duty cycle.
⑦PWM positive output, this interface is suitable for motors that accept PWM speed regulation, and the speed is proportional to the duty cycle.
⑤-⑦ Output signal changes of three interfaces are adjusted by the potentiometer.
Please note: The positive and negative poles of circuit board power supply can not be reversed, and the chip will be burned in reverse.
