3-24V stepper motors can all be driven, only the torque will differ. Suitable for 15BY, 20BY, 25BY, 42BY, 57BY, and other two-phase four-wire stepper motor drivers.
Driving function: Press the forward button once to start -> press again to stop; press once to start, press again to stop, and so on. The reverse button works the same way.
How to use the simple speed controller:
The up and down buttons are for gear adjustment. For ChiHai 20BY/25BY motors, the most suitable gear is usually 7, and for 10BY/15BY motors, the most suitable gear is 9. Other gears may cause significant resonance or stepping errors. The left and right buttons are for adjusting forward and reverse rotation.
Precautions for using the simple speed controller:
1. It is recommended to use a 12V 1A power supply for the driver. Excessive current can easily burn out the driver;
2. The microcontroller program is susceptible to damage from unstable current and power supply environments, causing the driver to malfunction. Please ensure all connections are properly made and the power supply is stable before controlling the driver.
3. If frequent testing is required, it is recommended to wear an anti-static wrist strap during testing.
