12v gear motors did include the wires or connectors shown in the listing. Color coding of wires shown did correspond to the actual pin assignments. I initially only connected it to 6v power, and it was rotating way too slowly. I quickly realized my error and when connecting to 12v, it rotates at the proper 200rpm.
